01How shipping works

Every custompet product is made to order, so your total delivery time has two parts: the production time it takes to create your pet’s one-of-a-kind item, plus the transit time for the carrier to bring it to your door.

In short: total delivery = production time + shipping time. We start making your order soon after checkout so it’s on its way as quickly as possible.

02Production time

Because nothing is pre-made, each item is printed and produced specifically for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Timing can vary by product — apparel and accessories are usually quicker, while home & decor pieces may take a little longer. Larger orders with multiple items can also add time.

03Shipping times & estimates

Once your order ships, estimated transit times are:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days.
  • International: 7–20 business days, depending on the destination.

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery depends on the carrier and your location.

04Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order, so you’ll always see the cost before you pay. Keep an eye out for free-shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

05Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. If checkout doesn’t offer shipping to your location, it may not be available yet — reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

06Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also find tracking details in your account under your order history.

07Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any customs delays are outside our control.

08Split shipments

Since each item is produced individually, orders with multiple products may ship separately and arrive on different days. Don’t worry if part of your order shows up first — the rest is on its way.

09Delays

Occasionally, things slow down — busy seasons, holidays, weather, or carrier issues can all add time. We’ll always do our best to keep your order moving and to let you know if something comes up.

10Wrong address & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t reroute an order once it enters production. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
