Welcome to custompet. By accessing or using our website, apps, stores, or any of our products and services (together, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Services.
These terms form a legal agreement between you and custompet, so please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date so we can deliver the Services and process orders correctly.
custompet lets you create a personalized pet store and offer products featuring your pet. You are responsible for the content you upload, the designs you publish, and ensuring you have the rights to any photos or materials you use.
We may review, remove, or decline to produce any product or store content that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
You retain ownership of the pet photos and original content you upload. By using the Services, you grant custompet a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services and to fulfill your orders.
All custompet branding, software, designs, and templates remain the property of custompet and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. When you place an order, you authorize us or our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
If you earn from sales through your store, payouts are made according to the schedule and thresholds described in your seller dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the product. Once an order ships, risk of loss passes to you.
Because products are made to order and personalized, returns are limited to items that arrive damaged or defective. See our returns and refunds information for details on how to request help.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Certain provisions, such as intellectual property and liability, survive termination.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, custompet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
